ReplyDeleteHow are you? Thanks for your letter, I am very happy to answer your questions. It is very great that you have joined a fitness center. I go to our local fitness center every week. It's near my home and every Monday I go there with my sister. I like it a lot. There are two kind personal trainers that help us to keep fit. I like doing particularly exercises with weights for my shoulders. There's also a tennis club near our house but I don't go there. Instead I sometimes play volleyball after school.

I love keeping my body healthy . Because of that I go to our local fitness center every week with my sister who joined it last year and she says it’s good . I do a lot of exercises for my legs , shoulders and arms . It’s very nice , especially if you go there in pairs . It’s near our home and I can go there walking . There’s also a tennis club near our house , but I don’t go there . However , I sometimes play volleyball after school .

I'm glad you 've just joined a fitness centre; I think that doing sports is very important to keep fit, for health and to release stress. I've joined a sports Centre well equipped near my home where you can make many activities and courses. I love water sports so I have attended an aquagym course since last year. I like this activity because I train all my body; we make a lot of exercises with legs, harms and abdominal.

Regarding your question, I have just found a gym very near to my home in which is possible practice martial arts. I usually go there twice a week. I love this kind of practice because it helps to train every part of your body. I also love riding my bike, especially in sunny days around the street along the sea.
Moreover, I think that fitness activities are fundamental to enhance and reduce the stress.
